Jordyn is an alumni of C.B. Academy. Her parents sent her there after she was caught breaking her probation when she was a freshman in high school.
She got drunk one night and on a dare she stole her oldest brother's car and ended up wrapping it around a tree. She ended up nearly killing herself and the people that were in the car with her.
After she got to C.B. Academy, she was very angry and hurt and so she started acting up - getting into fights, skipping class and getting drunk, even going to class drunk.
It took the then Headmaster to sit her down and flat out tell her that she was gonna end up going to Juvie, if she didn't straighten up.
After graduation she went on to get her Master's in Educations. At the age of twenty five, she married James Vance, a Sargent in the military and had three kids - Amelia, Johnny and Dakota.
Three days before their fourth year anniversary, James was killed when a man tried to rob a gas station.

"I can't believe your doing this to me!" Jordyn yelled tears streaming down her face. "Boarding school?" she asked as she watched Mr. Tate carry her suitcase and several boxes into the large building.
Mrs. Tate looked at her oldest daughter. "I'm sorry Jordyn, but you brought this on yourself. You chose to nearly kill yourself." she said tears in her eyes. Mr. Tate came back out and stood next to his wife.
"Your in dorm room ten, JR." he said putting an arm around Mrs. Tate's shoulder.
Jordyn looked at her mother hurt radiating from her eyes. When Mrs. Tate, when to give her a hug, Jordyn stepped back, picked up her backpack and another bag and whispered, "I hate you, I hate you both!" before she turned and ran up the stairs and into the building.
